WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

For Textured, Metalized Canvas, Giclee & Hand Painted Collections:

Textures ships our textured products via FedEx ground.  Due to the size of art pieces, shipping costs are minimized using this method.  Please note that we cannot accomodate shipping to a PO box.  Because our products are handmade, we require up to 14 days handling time to produce an order and 2 days to ship, plus transit time which is dependant on consumer's location.  For questions about our shipping policies, please contact us via email at sales@texturesllc.com. Note: This policy does not apply to Items from the Merchandise and Print Stores including, mugs, tote bags, phone cases,flat prints on canvas and other flat printed media.

Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests:


Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States will be charged at full cost.

We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.

Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations.  Please contact us via email at sales@texturesllc.com with your request.  Include as much detail as possible plus add a contact number where we can reach you as there may be a need to discuss in greater detail.  Thank you.

WHAT IS YOUR return POLICY?

For Textured, Metalized Canvas, Giclee & Hand Painted Collections:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the consumer receiving the shipment. All art pieces are fully inspected before shipment. If a problem is found with your item upon receipt, please notify Textures immediately at "sales@texturesllc.com". Textures is not responsible for damage that may be caused by consumer handling. If Textures was not notified of a problem with item upon receipt, we reserve the right to not accept a return if piece is damaged. We will not process a return/refund until we receive the returned item for inspection.

For Merchandise including prints on mugs, phone cases, tote bags, flat canvas prints and flat prints on other media:

  • We do not accept returns; all sales are Final
  • We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
  • If your merchandise or flat prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us with your order number for further instructions.
